Once I finalized my house, I was looking for a lender who understand my unique situation and helps at every stage for a first time home buyer. Sudhir understood my priorities from the day one and suggested very useful steps during the whole process. I was looking for a 15 year term and wanted to spend minimum on the closing cost with no compromise on any quality or regulation. Sudhir was able to provide that solution quickly. He even provided great lender credits and two one buy down scheme which helped me to almost make my closing cost zero ( in spite of the house cost of 800k+) . This was exceptional and before Sudhir I tried finding solutions with two other lenders and their options were atleast 20k+ more expensive then what Sudhir was offering. So he has delivered great value to us and I definitely recommend him for any mortgage lending. He can be your true and most trusted advisor while finding the best mortgage for you.
