I wear a bunch of different filmmaking hats. As a writer, director, editor, and videographer I am fortunate enough to see my vision, and my client’s visions, from start to finish. I’ve loved the art of filmmaking since I was a kid but my dreams started to become reality after I graduated college and then successfully obtained my Master’s Degree in Film from the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah , GA. Since then, I worked six years as a Creative Director for an online video company, married the love of my life, had my beautiful daughter, and started, and continue to grow, my third love, Iris Films! I have always loved working with new people and capturing amazing moments as they happen. started Iris Films over 5 years ago when I decided to get into weddings. They are the perfect format to be creative and give couples something that they will never forget. Each one is different and beautiful. The awesome success of our Wedding Diaries (we have won the Knot’s coveted Best of Weddings 4 years in a row and are now in their Hall of Fame! Yeah!) led to a natural progression into commercial films for companies. Using state of the art HD DSLR cameras, we bring the same intensity and passion to businesses so they can tell their story. Anyone can point a camera and hit record, but not everyone can relay a companies brand messaging in an entertaining, creative, and thought-provoking way. This is what we bring to the table.
