Rated 5.0 After much research, I settled on utilizing Echo for my wife and I’s transportation needs during our Chicago visit on our 20yr. wedding anniversary. The trip from O’Hare to the Intercontinental Hotel on Michigan Avenue was handled first class and without a hitch. The driver who handled our trip from the hotel back to the airport was super interactive and really provided a lot of insight about Chicago. The service and communication of Echo was second to none.

Rated 5.0 Overall good service, clean vehicles and always early or on-time to ohare and back. I put a 4 star due to my latest experience last month. The driver to the airport did not know where he was going (almost missed the exit to get to 294) and the car was freezing the entire way and he had no idea how to turn on the heat. Then on the return the driver had me run up several spaces to get to him rather than he move the car and then he complained that my fare was too low (guess it impacted his tip). This was very different than prior experiences so hoping just an aberration and not an indicator of a lessening of customer service.

Rated 5.0 Great service all the way. They were always quick to respond to my emails. The car was warm and comfortable and the driver was very friendly. We'd traveled 18 hours and were very tired when we arrived at O'Hare. I was glad I'd ordered the meet and greet. It was so worth it. The driver helped us with our luggage, opened the doors for us and had complimentary bottles of water waiting. Our 2 hour point to point trip passed quickly. Everything from ordering to paying was easy. Completely as advertised. I would recommend them whole heartedly and will definitely use them again. Thank you echo!
