Rated 5.0 I have a custom built gaming computer that is a monster. It suddenly shut down while I was playing and suspected the power supply. I lugged it in to Genius and they called me back saying they had changed out the power supply and it still was dead. They tracked the problem down to a short in the video card. Some shops would try to sell me both a power supply and a new card but Genius did not. They gave me several options for the new card, installed the one I wanted and I was back online within 3 days. Good service, reasonable prices, friendly office. Busy place, but quick turn-around. Thank you!
Rated 5.0 I had to have a motherboard replaced on my laptop. They wanted to try and replace a chip first so that I could save a $100. It didnt work but they didnt have to do that, they could have just replaced the motherboard without trying another option. I did not have to pay for anything regarding the first attempt. They are very honest and the pricing is incredible. Their customer service skills are fabulous. I spoke to Brandon on more than one occasion and he is as nice and patient as he can be. I highly reccomend Genius Computer Repair. They rock!!!
