They can even administer vaccines if needed.Other customers are used to the attention “Ms. America”* (Uzma) can give them. Others like to get German Nolasco on the phone so that they can have a quick word in Spanish. Sometimes our customers’ needs aren’t prescription based and they would simply like pick up a UPS Parcel or ask a question about an OTC, Wheelchair Rental, or,Durable medical equipment in that case our front staff led by Mateen Chaudry have all the answers.
