Rated 5.0 PC Doctor saved the day! My son's laptop died during finals! They were open on Sunday!! I had an online coupon that waived the $45 diagnostic fee. I was updated on the progress within an hour. It was repaired within 24 hours. The price was much lower than expected. Everyone was so nice! We used to go to a different repair company. PC Doctor was faster and less expensive!

Rated 1.0 I was nice enough to pay the guy $90 to build my PC, which I knew how to do myself because he diagnosed my computer with a bad motherboard and I didn't want to just not pay him for it. Then as I leave the guy says that he couldn't get windows 7 on there, but says that I could use a external usb optical drive to just download windows on there but he knew damn well that you had to use an internal SATA optical drive and didn't tell me that. The next day I asked him why it wasn't working and so I paid another $90 for him to fix it again. He knew what he was doing to get the most money out of this situation.
Rated 5.0 Like many of the other reviewers, I think these guys are great! Took care of a mac with a dead keyboard and a PC with a dead motherboard for me. Courteous, prompt service, knowledgable techs, and a good price. I don't run across many service companies that I can say that about. Will definitely use them going forward and recommend to friends. Thanks Guys!!
