I tried their facial service and it was absolutely blissful. After a long time, I felt like I am getting a facial done in Mumbai. I really missed those complete indian style of facial massages with complete step by step process. Meena takes extremely good care of your skin while performing the service and she provides additional massaging towards your back, shoulder and neck which just gets you completelt rejeuvenated. I tried their fruit facial. You have to try it to know it. I have to wear a lot of makeup in modeling and my skin needs that release of toxins and now after her service, my skin feels fresh. Love it. Best place to do facial. They do some extra ordinary hand movements in a 45 minute facial and you get that kind of facial in Bora Bora or Hawaii and exotic destinations. This place is a must visit for facials and threading. A very exhilarating experience and you feel rejeuvenated!!

I was welcomed with a very friendly and professional receptionist who showed me to the waiting area. My Stylist introduced herself and I immediately felt in safe and professional hands. She listened and produced exactly what I was after. The whole experience was relaxing, enjoyable and I felt so special by the friendly team. I've also visited the beauty side and the treatment was amazing. I'm so happy to have found a five star salon, which is reasonably priced and offer an excellent service. This is the best place on the Eastside to get your eyebrows threaded! I've seen these gals for a couple of years & they're so great! Professional yet so sweet. They listen to what you have to say & get the job done quickly & beautifully! Threading is so much better then waxing, less pain & more precise. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I was willing to go to a higher end salon for services this time, because I had a special occasion coming up. I paid quite a bit more then I am used to just for my color and cut to come out middle of the road. If only I could of predicted that from the beginning I wouldn't of come or spent the additional money, it was such a dissapointment.

Been coming here for years for nail services. Have had some great experiences and some terrible. Mostly the service never starts on time and feels like they rush through to try to make up some time. Considering how pricey the service is relative to other options it is disappointing when service isn't good, but the place is clean and overall is a nice option.

My girlfriend at work recommended Gene Juarez spa a couple of weeks ago and I went last weekend. My body needed a good care and I had an amazing experience here. I'm debating whether to buy a membership as it might be cheaper if I go often! I will be a regular for sure!

Had a lovely brow wax today here with Cynthia (in Juanita/Kirkland) who was also lovely. I will go back and you should give this place a go for waxing or facials too!
