The Pillow Collection
We grew up in Southern California with a well-known interior designer dad, and a mom with exceptional taste. Our house was frequently a favorite of magazine editors. But it was also a house, that as kids, we were very much encouraged to live and play in. In other words, it was beautifully designed, but it was also cozy and comfortable. One thing we both remember was that there were pillows everywhere. Our dad understood that precise positioning and upright fullness of a pillow, or as we called it, “the karate chop” that formed perky pillow ears and a full pillow belly, made a room feel warm and welcoming. Nobody was surprised when we graduated from college and went into the home furnishings industry. With years of experience in luxury bedding and American classic bedroom furniture, textiles and manufacturing, we remembered the impact of our dad’s secret design weapon and decided to turn our attention to pillows.
