Rated 1.0 I went to pick up my laptop after I left it at Alfa Computer for a few days so they could run some tests to figure out the problem I had. They did not figure out the problem and when I picked up my laptop there was a Youtube video open, so I went to look at my internet history and there was about 100 or so youtube videos that had been watched in the time that Alfa had my computer. Now I am left wondering if they even ran any tests to figure out the problem or just watched videos the whole time.
Rated 5.0 I consider myself computer savvy, but encountered a difficult graphics card problem. Brought my computer tower in and they took 20 minutes to help diagnose the problem for me for free. Awesome and helpful people.
