Rated 5.0 I can't do without my laptop, and don't trust anyone but the guys at PCG to take care of me. I was referred to them a couple of years ago, and have most recently had them fix (big!) issues related to data transfer by the manufacturer of my latest laptop... They are super-responsive and knowledgeable - cannot recommend them more highly.
Rated 5.0 Brett ( the owner) and Same (A PURE GENIUS) have been the absolute best to work with the past week. I run a property management company in South Tampa and my computer system was crashing, which is not good because the way it was set up was my computer had to be working for everyone else to get into the shared drive. So Brett and Sam hooked us up with the correct system and security for everything in our office to work smoothly and very fast! Sam even worked over the weekend to help us out and get it working! Brett was kind enough to deliver the computer before his office even opened! I just love doing business with people who provide great customer service like this company! They are highly recommended in my book!

Rated 5.0 I happened to visit PCG due to a cracked screen on my Apple. Mark and Jordan were honest and very helpful. I decided not fix the screen and return to my ever beloved Widnows operating system. They helped me pick out a new computer and I was on my way. I day later I returned to the store because the computer I purchased ended up having a battery issue They took it back, no questions asked and I am now a very happy camper with my new Lenovo laptop which is running perfectly. I decided to take an older laptop to them to take a look at it and again their professionalism and honesty was appreciated. They did explored every option to fix my computer instead of just replacing the parts right out the gate. They truly work for the customer and have amazing service! I do know that every person experiences are different depending on who you deal with but ask for MARK or JORDAN and I promise you will be happy. Please give them first opportunity to try and help with your computer needs.
