Rated 5.0 We know anju for about 3 years now. We first met her at an open house in short hills. She came across as friendly and patient at a time when we weren't even sure of what we wanted to buy i.e., a house, town home, condo. She showed umpteen number of houses/apartments until we even made an offer. As first time home buyers, and with sporadic searching it took us more than year to make the first offer -- which we did back out of eventually. She wasn't upset at this at all but, insisted on finding us the right home at the our budget which was much below the median home value for the zip code we were looking at. Again, as first time homebuyers she walked us through the entire process of home buying clearly before hand so that weren't in for any surprises later. Also, when we looked at houses she gave us an honest opinion about the house rather than saying something that would make a sale. Anju showed us the house we finally bought about three times before we made a decision to buy. At no point, during the process we felt that we were pressured or persuaded into a decision we weren't comfortable with. All in all, she found us the house we are happy in - we are very thankful to her for this.

Rated 5.0 As first-time home owners we are highly satisfied with our experience with Anju and Bruce. We had reached out to their office after driving around the neighborhood where we intended to buy and saw lots of Weichert signs up. We did not feel the need to try any other agents. Anju and Bruce were very responsive, they made themselves available at odd hours and during holidays, and provided helpful guidance throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed by them to close in on a deal. Their intuition on home pricing worked out very well for us. We are new to this geographic area, they advised us on general practicalities in our new neighborhood above and beyond of what we had anticipated. When we had a series of awful interactions with the lender, they tried to help us locate alternative lenders. Working with Bruce and Anju was overall a really pleasant experience.

As first-time home buyers, we were able to trust her 100% to provide us facts and point out practical issues we were not aware of or had no experience with. Her best quality is her patience with you no matter how long we took or how many questions we asked, we never felt rushed or biased. She is also very resourceful and was able to guide us on 360degree issues related to home purchase - taxes, schooling division, mortgage, commute, etc. Extremely delighted with our purchase! Would highly recommend her to anyone!
