Rated 1.0 My experience with Paul's Creations has been a nightmare. Paid him over $1000 in advance (bad judgment call on my part, granted) for a custom suit in November 2011. As of the end of July I don't have a suit I can wear. The suit he sent me didn't fit properly at all - after he took the measurements himself. I sent it back to him; he said he never received it. He asked for proof I mailed it - I gave him that. But he still refuses to do anything. He promised an extra suit in April "for my trouble" and of course I don't have that either. Each time I have tried to resolve the issue, he comes up with another reason to delay. I pleaded for a refund and he refused - says it's against company policy. But HE'S the company. So I have learned a $1000 lesson
