I have had better layers cuts in CA before. She definitely didn’t acknowledge the cut I was looking for and I wasn’t satisfied.
Had a very pleasant experience with the facial and waxing. Unfortunately my eyebrows were threaded way too thin, after specifically requesting very little threading. She said they wouldn't look good, but I wish she had listened to me as I had been growing them out for 3 years :(

Non satisfactory eyebrow threading experience. Made it very thin dispite mentioning it clearly in the beginning. Second time having rashes after eyebrow threading here.
I got my eyebrows, upper lips done but I got tiny cuts due to which I might not visit again. The service was fine overall and the lady who did my eyebrows was respectful as well.

I just move in Sunnyvale I researching threading salon near me I check on google they have excellent reviews I tried for my moms facial and my facial that was amazing I highly recommend to try this salon ??
Update: second time back and it wasn't Ruby this time but I was told 5-7 mins and ended up waiting 30+ mins just to get my eyebrows threaded. It hurt more than any time I got them done and the girl seemed extremely annoyed when I didn't tip her. I often tip services but I didn't think waiting half an hour for a painful threading deserved one. I leave it at 4 stars because I loved Ruby's service the first time around but I now know to call ahead of time and only come in when Ruby is working. First time coming here and I loved the way my brows turned out?? it hurt less than other times I had them threaded at other places. She was fast but they were perfect. Ill be coming back!
