In one word Swati was awesome. This is our second house and I have worked with a few realtors before but Swati is the best one so far by some margin. Our requirements on type of house and location, limited the options heavily but Swati took up the challenge with a smile. Something that she greets you with every time and in any situation. Mahender is very knowledgeable in the local real estate market. We had a great experience buying our home through him. The current real estate market is highly competitive and very difficult for buyers. Mahendar made navigating through this market much easier and enjoyable. He is very hard working, is always accessible and was very prompt in responding to all queries. We often requested to go see listings on short notice and he would always accommodate us. During showings, he would share critical information about the interior and exterior structure of the home and provide both the pros and cons so that we could take an informed decision. He was also very patient with us and never pushed us to take a decision. I was in Portland or and trying to get a house in Seattle and move. Mahender was absolutely fantastic. He scheduled showings and dedicated weekend for us. 3 of the first planned showings went sale pending on the Saturday morning we were driving up. Mahender has a very good understanding of the pricing and also very practical. We were able to narrow down from few places and get a house the same weekend (luck is a decent part). We had several places to make an offer but narrowing down which one to pick is a very tricky in the super hot market I was buying where house were going 20% more than asking. Hind sight is 20-20. Any other pick, I would have lost the bid. Mahender is very detail oriented. Getting his view on the condition of the house was a factor in offer process. I have kids and school was a concern and Mahender has experience in this space and it was very useful. Lastly, the fee is very reasonable. He is a terrific realtor and note a friend.

My family and I have been wanting to purchase a home for awhile. We expressed our desire with Mahender and he went above and beyond to get us there. He checked in with us on weekly and sometimes daily basis on houses we were interested in. Mahender- truly cares about his customers and making sure we are getting the best investment. Having worked with Realtors in the past who are desperate to make Sales, who would scare you to an extent that either you buy now or never or go to an extent to make you cut corners to close a deal, experience with Mahender was none like others. Buying a house during the pandemic was a nothing short of a tough time, but having Mahender as our agent definitely made the experience a smooth ride. Since we were completely new to the house buying space, he guided us through every step including location, type of home and even various costs of upgrading an old home vs buying a new home.
