The guys working here know their business and make good recommendations when I am looking to upgrade parts or build a new machine. Anyone that is looking to build their own workstation I send here to price it out.
Rated 5.0 Went in to have my laptop looked at, I had no idea what was wrong with it. I was helped almost immediately and it turned out to be a real quick fix! I was charged nothing for the process, and the person who helped me explained what was wrong with my laptop. Would definitely recommend NCAL to other people with computer issues.
Rated 4.0 They let you drop off your computer anytime without an appointment unlike Best Buy. But they never called to update me in what was wrong with the computer and an estimate of when it would be fixed.
