Lakhbir Multhani
The Bombay Restaurant is located in Ontario and provides services in Inland Metro Area and Los Angeles Metro Area. They have an experience of about five years. They are experts in Indian cuisine both the north and south Indian cuisine. They are known for their delicious Indian breads and they welcome everybody to taste their authentically made and personally prepared delicacies. Their expertise is the Tandoor which is a cylindrical clay oven, a native of India which forms a part of the north Indian cuisine. The history of tandoor goes back to several thousand years and it is fully buried in sand to provide insulation. A temperature of eight hundred degrees is normally maintained inside the clay oven. Every Indian bread that is made in this restaurant is baked in the tandoor and it requires to be done skillfully by slapping the fresh dough against the intensely hot and curved walls of the oven. The meats are soaked in a special mixture of yoghurt and blend of Indian spices for twenty four hours. The process makes the meat more flavorful. After this process they are cooked in their own juices over a bed of charcoal inside the oven. You can choose from the large selection of entrees from tandoori and vindaloo cuisine. They are specialists when it comes to tandoori chicken, quail, lamb, quail, lobster, fish, shrimp and curried dish. All the delicacies are served hot and all the servers are well mannered and welcome you with a warm smile. Their ambience will make you feel at home and once tried you will go back for more. Their Saturday and Sunday champagne brunch is $12.99 and dinner is served seven days a week. Try the Bombay Restaurant and fall in love with their dishes.

Rated 5.0 Ate here the first time the food was good. The waiters were very professional and great.
Rated 5.0 Lunch buffet is legit.
Rated 5.0 This place is great! The food is very authentic and is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the service is good. The prices are reasonable and can get a little expensive , but it's worth every penny. I got the Bombay special and was very happy. The portion size was large and I got this dish because it was a sampler of a lot a popular dishes. I was impressed with almost every item on the plate. The lamb was a little dry , but still pretty tasty. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it for their lunch buffet but it looks like the spread would have been epic. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area.
