I asked them for checklist of docs needed from me to which I got a reply saying - “there is nothing like that”. Instead, I was getting random DMs to phone saying “send passport copy shravan”, “send visa copy shravan” etc. Asked for zoom meeting a couple of times but got no response for that either. Finally, went ahead with a different attorney. Their fee breakdown was ($450 uscis application + $500 for help). I asked to keep their fee and at least return the $450 which was supposed to be uscis application fee but they didn’t even refund that. Nothing was professional about the experience and there was absolutely bo accountability. My strong guess is that they aren’t an immigration firm at all and I think the other reviews posted here are fake ones which their own employees only wrote.

Ok once you pay, forget it if they ever call you back. they keep talking to you over their online portal using their some junior agent. You can not discuss your problems over the phone because you won't be able to reach them ever. Shame on you guys. Hold high moral ground and serve people who paid you.
