Rated 5.0In 2012, I was looking for a reputed Immigration attorney to handle my special case and a friend of mine suggested Lucy Lu and Associates to me. When I first contacted their firm, they immediately scheduled an appointment to discuss in detail about my case and how they would proceed to help me resolve it. I personally met Lucy Lu and explained my situation, she immediately understood my case and suggested I apply for a special Kind of visa through which I can get a Green Card. Lucy Lu and Philip were handling my case at the time and they were very professional and easy to work with. They would personally call me and explain where we were standing on the case and kept me up to date on my case (or) they would quickly respond to calls personally when we call or leave a VM or leave a note at the front desk. My special visa was approved in time and without any issues which am thankful to them for. Now, Attorneys Lucy lu & Ke Zhang are doing all the paper work needed for my GC application. Attorney Ke Zhang has been in constant touch with me in order to collect all the required documentation. She is very patient in explaining how the process will be handled and what are all the documents required for the application. FYI, Just to reiterate how well they maintain relationships with clients and why I recommend their firm, I am citing the below example. In February ’16 we were planning to visit our cousins in Atlanta for a weekend. I called their office to see if they could schedule an appointment during that time. Initially I was told they were closed during weekends and do not take any appointments. I requested the front desk to leave a note on Attorney Lucy Lu’s desk requesting for a special appointment, She called back as soon as she got my note and said she will try to meet me at her office during weekend depending on her commitments, but did not tell me the time to meet instead she gave her PH# to call and see if she can still meet. When I called her on Saturday morning she did not answer my call but she called back after an hour and said she can meet me at her office, which was very nice of her. That meeting helped me understand in detail how my case is proceeding and where we are standing currently. I strongly recommend Lucy Lu and Associates to my friends.
