Atlanta Nritya Academy

Atlanta Nritya Academy offers a variety of dance classes to cater to different interests and skill levels. Our signature classes are structured with the first 45 minutes devoted to the traditional Bharatnatyam dance form, followed by the remaining 15 minutes dedicated to creative dance, encompassing folk, Bollywood, contemporary, and Rabindra Nritya. Alternatively, students can opt for classes that focus strictly on creative dance, Bharatnatyam, or Bollywood, with each class having a designated syllabus outlining the plan for the entire year. To ensure a deeper understanding of the dance forms, students are provided with comprehensive notes and history to supplement their training. Testing and certification are also available for students who wish to pursue a formal certification process. One of the highlights of being an Atlanta Nritya Academy student is the opportunity to participate in many dance shows and competitions throughout the year, culminating in an annual showcase or recital that celebrates the progress and achievements of the students.
