Coming from an art loving family Vishista started taking Carnatic music and classical dance lessons from the very young age. She still continues to learn music from her guru Nagaraj. She learnt Bharatanatyam from Smt. Geeta Datar. After moving to states she joined Natya dance theater. She is a bollywood dance instructor at Bollygroove and she also gives private music lessons. She enjoys teaching/choreographing. She is a software engineer by profession. Her teachers and her parents are a huge influence in her music and dance careers and is excited to pass her experience along to Shivalaya students.
