They helped me previously with my purchase and coming back to them again to refinance not only saved me money but was such a smooth transaction. Charon was very helpful in answering all my questions. One thing I like about them is that they are thorough and collected all the required documentation up front. This made it easy for the processing to happen quickly and I was not bothered much throughout the process. All my emails were answered quickly and they always took my phone calls.
