They promise to get your mortgage refinance done with zero closing cost and no cost for title and they will refund for the appraisal etc. They will promise everything to get your business but once your mortgage is refinanced then no answer and no money. Who cares sort of attitude. They advertize on EBC Radio as well that's how I knew about this company. Being desi we want to give business to our desi community but dont fall in this crap. I worked with Bish Mazumdar. He sounds very promising and very honest but you all promises are fake.
