Party Planning It was the best experience I have ever had with an event planner. Aroona is an expert who is capable of turning a very simple place into an extraordinary posh set up that will look gorgeous n make the event commendable. First, Aruna is AMAZING!!!!! If it wasn't for Aruna, our housewarming would not have flowed as beautifully as it did. I cannot rave enough about how WONDERFUL of a job Aruna did. During the planning, she was always there to answer e-mails and phone calls promptly, easing the well-known anxiety any first time home owner experience. On the day of the housewarming, she truly went above and beyond. After the event, all of my family members & friends raved about how impressed they were with the work Aruna exhibited. Not only did she deliver prior to the time but she made sure to stay in touch with me after the event to ensure all the decorations were cleared since we were moving in the next day. Not only does Aruna excel at her job, but she is fun, artistic, and a joy to work with. I could not have planned my housewarming without her assistance and guidance.

Aruna is a true professional and puts out a classy product. She has a clear design sense and understood our vision of wanting to stay natural. The room looked absolutely gorgeous, classy and elegant and still very natural and warm. She was thoughtful in the way she approached this event because we were blending multiple cultures and religions. She was attentive to detail, always available for my many questions, and our guests thought the design elements were absolutely perfect. I have had worked with many event management worker, but Aroona event stood out clear winner in what she does and I have never seen such a delicate work with determination from any other. GenerationNOW Entertainment partnered with Aruna and her team to put together an INCREDIBLE wedding celebration for Apoorva and Darya back in late March. Her attention to detail was spot on as we walked through the planning process months in advance. She got back to us in a timely manner when we had questions about the load in, setup and tear down procedure, unique music tastes, etc. Being a mix of Persian/American Music we were excited to not only showcase the talents of our team but also get a new sense of what style of music the clients and guests wanted. Aruna did a great job of setting the vision for us to succeed. We look forward to the next event to partner on!

Our daughter Aakriti got married few weeks ago in Rochester and Aruna was our event coordinator for Mehendi, Wedding and Reception. What can I say,Aruna and her team did a fantastic job! The decorations were outstanding and she coordinated with venue host, DJ, caterers and all other vendors, everything went like clockwork. The best thing was that we were able to enjoy all functions with the guests as she has take over all other responsibilities.While valuing our opinion she made some great suggestions which took events to next level. Aruna's service and expertise made our daughter's grad party an outstandingly beautiful experience for all of us. She planned, organized and executed it very diligently. Aruna went above and beyond to make it a magical event for my teenager. Any event comes with it's own challenges.....wind and drizzles forced Aruna to change plans in the last minute and she handled it quickly with proficiency. From start to end Aruna and her team were attentive to all requirements and took care of everything while we enjoyed. The decor was fantastic, the photo booth was a big hit with friends. It is our pleasure to write about our experience with Aruna of “Aroona Events”. This July my daughter, Sheena Gupta got married. She was looking for a wedding planner and someone who could help with the decoration. After talking to a number of wedding planners, we decided to move forward with Aruna for the wedding planning and decoration. Aruna was very attentive to my daughter’s needs as a bride and her calm nature helped throughout the wedding process. Aruna coordinated, and was present at, all of the vendor meetings, and assisted us in reviewing all the vendor contracts and making sure everything was in order. I had other vendors commenting on how great it was to work with Aruna. She was very responsive and prompt. She made the wedding day SEAMLESS. Everything was so elegantly organized. There were no worries for me or my daughter that day. She truly has a good heart. She knew how to turn our ideas and dreams into reality. We received so many compliments on the wedding and it was all because Aruna put everything together perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner and decorator. she knows what she is doing! I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding planner and or a decorator. She helped us to realize the most amazing day of our lives.
