And I certainly did not expect to find the perfect property my first time out. He helped us scope out good neighborhoods, and point out major/minor faults in property and the surrounding area that I would never have noticed on my own. Best possible guy for a first time buyer, or anybody in fact. I thought I liked a house and he said "it is a nice one, but let's look at a few more. Sometimes you'll love a property and feel like this is the one. Until you walk up to and into a property and immediately drop everything else and say this is it" I didn't know how true that would be until it happened exactly like that. And at the end of the deal, he managed to snag us up a lowes giftcard to finish off the missing appliances. Great guy, great personality, recomend for anybody and everybody. Especially if you are military. He knows everything and has all of the connections you will ever need to properly use your va loan.
