Rated 5.0 An overall Great workout!! The Friday evening Mixxed Fit sessions truly give a bootcamp worthy experience. I enjoy the energy from our awesome instructor! The choreography and playlist provide an explosive cardio and toning session and the small group comraderie is an added benefit. I also appreciate the studio space! The decor and ambiance are an additional bonus and offer a break from the dreary walls of the big box gym group fitness rooms!
Rated 5.0 This is a beautiful upscale studio. I had the pleasure of taking the MixxedFIT class and the instructor Jamie was amazing. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well, she is awesome! I will definitely visit Creative Crossings again.
