Rated 1.0 Overall is always a waste of time, kids have fever and i was told by the doc to bring then back once they get worse. Never have appointments and every time i get there is always empty,
Rated 1.0 My experience with this practice is worst. First the front desk staff does not keep the paper work correctly. Each time I was there, they came with outdated data. You will rarely get to meet the main doctor. Either it will be practicing nurse or doctors. One year I switched to them, they never bothered to call other ped to get all paperwork. Each time I came they asked me to fill release info form for the previous Ped. The document never got faxed. Btw - I also heard from a parent who was sitting right next to me that they got preference because they are Dr. Nairs friend. They always have ease of appointments. Whereas my child was sick and they had nothing available. Really !!! Strep throat results never came. I was told I will get it in 2 days, I never got a call from this doctor. Dr, Nair needs to be bit more friendly, more approachable and needs to lower down the tone. I think it goes with basic mannerisms and I guess they need to learn that. Ease of appointment is not there. Sorry I never post negative review but it concerns my child I have to let the people know before they make the shift. Finally I am making a move to more professional doctors.
