Devang Modi
Devang was born in 1970 in the city of Ahmedabad in western India. His family migrated to the United States in 1980. At the age of sixteen, Devang was accepted into the six-year accelerated Dental program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 1990, Dr. Modi graduated as a dentist from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in May 1994. Dr Modi also serves as the president of IDANA. Dr. Modi completed a one-year general practice residency at Jersey City Medical Center after which he immediately opened his Bayonne office in August of 1995. Dr. Modi opened his Somerset office in August 2001 and also serves as a Dental Director at JFK Medical Center in Edison NJ. Devang is happily married to his childhood love and has two adorable children. Dr. Modi enjoys teaching, watching football and Hindi movies, and coaching his son’s little league baseball team.
