I had a wonderful experience working with kamal as my real estate agent for the reasons below: 1) Alaways avalible to answer my concerns either in-person, email, text or phone. 2) Worked aggresiverly to secure the deal. 3) Got me the maximum sellers credit toward the closing cost and buydown point. 4) Helped me to find the lender with the best possible 30 year fixed interest rate. 5) I will continue to refer kamal Chohan as a realestate agent to my friends and family.

We have worked with KAMAL for many years on multiple transactions. Every time we see him, he is always positive and tries to connect with his clients. He talks and discusses any questions and helps to provide guideance on any concerns his clients have. His demeanor and how he tries to relate to the client really shows how much he cares! He is experienced in a multitude of different types of properties and has even worked in far locations outside his area to get the job done. Very professional, walks you through the whole process in detail, always on time for appointments, no pressure to bid, has your back & looks at your interests but also makes sure that you get the property you want at your terms. My family and I had the privilege of working with Kamal in our home purchase last year. As someone who had very limited knowledge of the home-buying process, I cannot overstate the value of Kamal's expertise and experience as a real estate professional. We started with a comprehensive pre-purchase consultation to identify exactly what we were looking for and devised a game plan accordingly. Market and inventory conditions proved to be extremely tough in our desired areas. Instead of just accepting this as a setback, Kamal was incredibly proactive by researching alternative options and solutions. He will even go knocking on doors in your desired neighborhoods to find potential sellers - his work ethic is like none other. Kamal is absolutely outstanding at what he does. My brother and I were looking for some houses and using his sources he was able to show us the right direction. A lot of agents are very pushy but we felt very comfortable talking with Kamal and he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend any friends and family to Mr. Chohan. We live in Torrance, but I believe he specializes in a vast area of Los Angeles and Orange County.

Highly highly recommend!!! Best agent out there. If you are looking for an agent, look no further. We cannot be more pleased with the service of Kamal. Even though it took us months to find a home, he was very patient with us to make sure we got the house of our dreams. He went above and beyond any other agent would do. Even after closing, he would continually check up on us and was available 24/7. He made sure that we were informed every step of the way especially because we were first time home buyers. If you are looking for a home, kamal is your guy. He will put time in for you no matter what. He works non-stop with you to help you find the home that you would want. He wont tell you what you may want but he will definitely help you identify what you will eventually expect in a home. Patience he has for his clientele is exceptional and his cummunication skills provide for an excellent home buying experience.

He truly is passionate about his work and goes to the end of the earth to help his clients get their homes sold. When we met with him he gave us an extensive game plan on how we can get our home listed for top dollar. Upon meeting him I knew he was the agent for us. He stood out from the other agents we interviewed. He also is a caring person and very down to earth which we really appreciated and liked. Once our home hit the market our home became a hot home and quickly had several offers over asking come in. We have since closed and can't say enough how satisfied we are with him!
