Sheela helped us buy our new house in Leander. Since we were in California, we needed a realtor whom we could trust and understood what we were looking for. All our consultations and house visits were virtual. But Sheela made sure that the process went as smooth as possible. She was also quite prompt in responding to our texts and calls. We were buying our first home in Austin. Having moved from a different city , competitive market and bidding war made the whole home buying experience overwhelming. Then we were introduced to Sheela by our previous realtor by saying Sheela is better realtor than I am ( I have never heard realtor say that before !!) and knows what she is doing. He was so right about what he said . Sheela is very knowledgeable in real estate arena , attentive , composed and professional. She was able to gauge our taste , requirements and likings in our first meet itself . She and her team would work around the clock and were always there to address our needs. Sheela was able to identify any issues with the house with single glance . She presented us with a wealth of information that allowed us to make good buying decision. Once our offer was accepted she built a good rapport with the sellers and made sure that necessary repairs were made by the closing date. Surbhi was the best agent I could ask for. I was a first time home buyer and I did not have much knowledge about the home buying process. That did not end up being a problem as Surbhi took her time to walk me through every step with detailed information. This required a lot of time from her, but she did not hesitate at all to help me make the right decision.
