The best knowledgeable loan officer We had a great experience with Joseph for our first home buying. As a first time home buyer I had many questions which were answered in detail and also Joseph had also explained various other options that are available to me which was really helpful especially in the seller’s market. From pre-approval through closing the process was stress free. Our loan was processed in 7 days. & the closing was done within 21 days . Joseph also provided us the closing cost estimate which was very helpful for the first time home buyer’s. George Sebastian was an excellent broker, he was available 7 days a week even late hours to make our loan process as soon as possible. I am a business owner and had complicated taxes but he was still able to get the loan processed in about two weeks which was much quicker than we were expecting. Vema offers very good deals on mortgages, their interest rates are the lowest. They are highly responsive, understand customers needs and always do what is right for their customers. I want to give 4.5 rating. Aug 14 2024 closing was done this is my 3rd loan with VAMA mortgage. Each time had different experiences. Working with PT Johnson or Sebastian is great. Communication or timely closing process was smooth. Reason I didn't give 0.5 rating because the underwriter team is kind of PAINFUL work with them on this 3rd loan. To many paperwork to prove you have good credit and/or you are able to pay your loan. I wish they less cross verify and flexible or replace with new team I had loans with other lenders and credit union they won't cross examine too many things that not needed.
