Amrish graduated from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1982. VJTI, an engineering college located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, is one of the oldest engineering colleges in Asia. He also completed graduate work from the Dahanukar Institute in Industrial/Operational Management and then immigrated to the United States in 1983. After completing an additional master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, Amrish then moved to Phoenix, Arizona to accept a position at Intel Corp. While at Intel, Amrish worked as an Engineer and Supply Chain Manager responsible for multi-millions in budgetary contracts, engineering solutions and cost reduction programs. Amrish often used his deep knowledge of investments vehicles to assist in solving supply chain problems across a global network of Intel suppliers and manufacturers. After a successful 17-year career, he decided to follow his passion for financial services.
