Nital Patel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Charlotte where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Upon entering the workforce, Nital's quality communication and relationship skills were quickly recognized and highly valued. She was repeatedly promoted to leadership and management positions in the fields of hospitality, health, and wellness. Eventually, Nital discovered her love for the real-estate business where her charismatic, uplifting personality combined with her extensive experience in providing superior customer service became the perfect fit. Nital is interested in all facets of home buying and selling. She actively keeps up with the growing property development in the RTP area for professionals, singles, and families; and is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Nital has resided in Durham since her early childhood. She has an amazing family life. She loves being a mother to her middle-school-aged son. Together they enjoy watching action hero films for inspiration, learning meditation to develop a strong mind, and sharing positive affirmations with one another in support of their goals. Nital also works diligently in helping her parents to continuously make home improvements while using her knowledge of Feng Sui and Vastu Shastra to create and decorate a unique living space specific to their families’ needs and values.

I had a very busy schedule, and she literally took care of everything from finding the perfect home to finding homeowners insurance to finding all the appropriate vendors. She even recorded my inspection when I was not available to make any of the dates. She was highly organized and very flexible in making sure viewing houses worked with my schedule. Even more importantly, she was always responsive. Even when she went on vacation, she would call me with houses or updates or answer any questions I had. If I am searching for a home, I would not hesitate to ask Nital to be my agent. I am very fortunate to have someone who truly cares!
