Marty Opelt has been in the Residential Real Estate business for 14 years and is Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Volusia Top Listing Agent, Top Selling Agent and Top Producer. Specializing in Oceanfront living, she brings to her customers a higher level of expertise with her additional licensing and knowledge of Community Association Management. Her strong bonds in the Real Estate, High-Rise Management, and the local community has Marty as the "go-to" person in the industry from her many years in Association Management and serving as President and Director of the Building Association Managers of Volusia and Flagler Counties. Marty prides herself in clear, direct and effective communication mixed appropriately with her keen and witty sense of humor. Marty is originally from the Finger Lakes Region of New York State where she was a young entrepreneur in a boutique-style full service Florist. She brought her design skills to Florida where "something is always blooming". Marty offers her customers a list of services in: staging, photography, virtual tours, along with a comprehensive list of partners in lending, insurance, home warranty, contractor and concierge services. Being of service, herself, Marty is very involved in helping those less fortunate and works with the Jerry Doliner Food Bank and is on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Volusia County and an active congregant of Temple Beth-El in Ormond Beach. In addition, Marty has the designation of being a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), is a Certified RESA (Real Estate Staging Advocate) and is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors (DBAAR), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ).
