Valhalla Bakery is the brainchild of Celine Mariah Duvoisin. A 9 year veteran of Publix bakeries, Celine worked her way from Cake Decorator to Baker, Trainer, and Bakery Manager. She ventured into egg free, dairy free desserts by request and, in doing so, realized there was a lack of these delicious desserts. As a result, Valhalla Bakery was born. Opened in 2014, Valhalla focuses on decadent, flavorful, and unique desserts that everyone can indulge in. Celine’s philosophy is that desserts should be savored and not seen as a health food. They created a custom cake for my daughter's second birthday this past weekend (her very first cake!) and adhered to all of her crazy allergies brought on by a rare intestinal disease, and she loved every single bite.
