She is everything you want in a real estate agent when going through the stress of finding a new apartment. She has the experience to guide you to apartments that meet your requirements and understands the process of being approved and getting a lease signed. In addition, Savita is excellent with communication and always gets back to you promptly. Savita helped take the stress out of finding a new home. Not being from the area, Savita was a big help educating me about the qualities of various neighborhoods. She's diligent & hard working , making herself accessible bothe dusring & after normal business hours. From day 1, she gave me the confidence that she was the kind of agent we wanted. I had the wonderful experience of having Savita as my agent, after having a VERY stressful time looking for an apartment in New Jersey. She was a breath of fresh air, to say the least. In a market where agents are either fresh out of college, unprofessional, shifty, or just plain don't care, Savita put them all to shame by being super attentive and understanding of our needs. They don't make too many like her, so I stress that anyone who is looking for an agent to put their full faith in Savita Parulekar!
