Don’t hesitate and just book Desi Beatz for your wedding events! My husband and I are so happy that we worked with Kabir on our special day. So communicative, friendly and upfront about what services they provided (and they offer a ton! We went with the DJ & photobooth packages). He was not only just the DJ for our reception, but he was the host, emcee, and coordinator. He truly lent support to every aspect of our day and was the reason it went so smoothly. Our guests loved the photobooth as well and it was great entertainment for our guests. Our event was a traditional Pakistani reception (the groom’s culture) with guests from other different cultures, as my family is Chinese-Vietnamese. His knowledge and skill of managing the crowd and the scheduling delays was incredible and makes his services gold star. We love Kabir and the Desi Beatz team!!! Thank you!!!

Kabir was the perfect addition to our wedding! Seriously never had worked with a DJ who takes his time to work out details and is so patient. Everyone loved the professionalism and music. A week before the wedding Kabir and I worked so well together trying to plan everything out, not once did he show any kind of rudeness even at 2am texts! I highly recommend him and his crew. Whatever I say is not enough for how accomadating and proffessional Kabir is. From the first call, he was super friendly, responsive and willing to help make the event the way we want it. I think we had a pretty complex evening with need for live streaming, some pre recorded speeches and need for projector, but he made it seem all natural and simple. He was in touch with me and my brother regarding multitude of itenary changes during the evening and really just went with the flow. As for the music and lights, amazing. High quality speakers, greating lighting, awesome fog machine and great beats thru the whole night, he was also playing all special request songs all evening. I think i know who ill be calling and reffering to for all my DMV DJ needs

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our son and his now wife’s Sangeet Night. Kabir is absolutely fantastic and so personable!! He was prompt and on time, and he emceed the evening’s program with no problems. Most importantly though, the music was so insanely energetic. The set was beyond what we had imagined! We got all genres of music! Not a soul was sitting out hitting the dance floor! If we’re ever looking for a DJ again, he’s the one!! We love Desi Beatz Entertainment!!!

Desi Beatz Entertainment was the absolute rockstar and the heartbeat of our reception! DJ Kabir and MC Baneet had an incredible knack for reading the crowd and playing the perfect songs to keep the dance floor alive all night long. Hiring Kabir was easily our best wedding decision. He went above and beyond by 1) scoping the venue for us 2) coordinating with the priest; 3) ensuring the right music was played at the right time; 4) giving us recommendations when we felt lost; 4) making sure our ceremony and reception ran on time and; 5) kept a cool head when we ran into issues with other vendors and helped make adjustments to our schedules. I would give him a 11/10. I would recommend everyone reading this to connect with him even if you are undecided. He is very easy to talk to and is super understanding. All our friends and families are looking forward to working with him for future parties and weddings.

Kabir was absolutely amazing. From the first song to the last, he kept the energy up and played songs that drew people back to the dance floor. We felt comfortable with Kabir from the first meeting. He spent time with us understanding our agenda and vision and he helped guide us through the process. Weddings are stressful and he removed music, audio, and lighting from our minds. Kabir did all the music for the baraat including bringing two dhol players that were awesome (I highly recommend two). Desi put on an unbelievable show and we highly recommend him for your wedding. Initially, I was worried about hiring a DJ, because some of the ones I've experienced at other friends' Indian weddings were a bit cheesy. However, Kabir DJ'ed at my wedding reception on 6/2/24 and he was great! We had also used his services at my brother's wedding reception in 2022. We used Desi Beatzs for a recent event in our backyard celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. Matt is very professional and thorough. He worked with us right from the planning phase - we had a couple consultations to understand our requirements and he made suggestions accordingly. He worked with our family to learn our diverse taste in music and even customized a playlist especially for us. He even helped us with music mixes for our dance performances. Matt does it all!! On the day of the event, the team from Desi Beatzs covered many aspects of our party including lights, smoke guns, upstage dance floor lighting, outdoor and indoor speakers. DJ Matt personally came out a few days before the party to test out everything. Everyone enjoyed the music and Matt kept the crowd on the dance floor. A few weeks later people are still talking about the fun party, thanks to Desi Beatzs! We would recommend him for any DJ services - large or small.

BEST DJ EVER for my Pakistani - Italian fusion wedding!! DJ Kabir is so friendly, cool and easy to work with. He made mixes for us from bollywood and western songs (not easy) for our dances and seamlessly played and blended a variety of songs at our wedding. There was not a dull moment on the dance floor. Our MC and Dhol player were also incredible and my guests are still raving about them and the awesome digital photobooth we had. My friends getting married next year even took his card at the end of the night for their wedding.

They supplied us with some microphones and speakers for day one of our wedding. On day two the provided a photobooth, projector, and of course a stellar DJ. He made sure to arrive early and work on all the last minute adjustments to work closely with our planner and event staff. They are an awesome entertainment company; Matt Daniels is a very responsive and professional DJ & an event coordinator, his content collection is quite wide range. We were so lucky to have Kabir DJ at my sister's wedding in the greater Baltimore area. He was professional, timely, and extremely kind. He worked hard to make sure everyone from kids to our older guests had a great time. He accommodated our requests and helped us with all our needs. On the Mehndi, His friend played the Dhol and added that extra punjabi touch. On the Shaadi, he set up a projector screen so we could play a slideshow and give the couple an extra tribute. Well that is what happens when Matt is your DJ and the dance party starts in the evening and goes way past midnight because no one wants to miss a beat ??
