We recently had the pleasure of hiring Desi Beatzs/Kabir for our wedding, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional services they provided. From start to finish, Kabir demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and an incredible talent for creating the perfect atmosphere. We booked their services for a Sangeet, 2 baraats, Hindu wedding, and reception. From the beginning, Kabir demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy for our needs. He was attentive and asked/understood our preferences, provided his recommendations, and even worked closely with us to execute on my husband’s vision for a unique idea for the reception entrance. Everything was timed perfectly between the music, special effects, and the bride/groom entrance. His warm energy was welcoming for our friends and family attending. The music selection was nothing short of sensational. Kabir seamlessly blended our requested songs with his own expert choices, making sure that the dance floor was consistently packed with guests of all ages. His ability to read the crowd and adapt the playlist accordingly truly set the tone for a series of unforgettable events. ?DJ Kabir is absolutely phenomenal. We approached him based on reviews and his Instagram page. And after that it was a seamless process. He was wonderful to work with and personalized the playlist to include some of our favorites. He also attended the venue walkthroughs with us to help us plan the layout and also help us think through elements unrelated to audio. We danced for 3 straight hours and so did our guests ?across ages 3 to 80. Ankur, the dholi, brought in amazing energy and was a unique element to our reception. The lighting was great. ?The ?photo ?booth was very well done. The props were fun and there was something for everyone. We got the photos very soon after the event, and they are a great addition to the photos from our photographer.? Having Kabir and Ankur made all the difference to our celebrations. It's an enthusiastic yes from us!

Absolutely Incredible Experience with DesiBeatzs Entertainment! I hired DesiBeatzs Entertainment for my mom's wedding reception and Sangeet, and they completely exceeded our expectations! Don’t hesitate and just book Desi Beatz for your wedding events! My husband and I are so happy that we worked with Kabir on our special day. So communicative, friendly and upfront about what services they provided (and they offer a ton! We went with the DJ & photobooth packages). He was not only just the DJ for our reception, but he was the host, emcee, and coordinator. He truly lent support to every aspect of our day and was the reason it went so smoothly. Our guests loved the photobooth as well and it was great entertainment for our guests. Our event was a traditional Pakistani reception (the groom’s culture) with guests from other different cultures, as my family is Chinese-Vietnamese. We were so lucky to have Kabir DJ at my sister's wedding in the greater Baltimore area. He was professional, timely, and extremely kind. He worked hard to make sure everyone from kids to our older guests had a great time. He accommodated our requests and helped us with all our needs. On the Mehndi, His friend played the Dhol and added that extra punjabi touch. On the Shaadi, he set up a projector screen so we could play a slideshow and give the couple an extra tribute. Everything was flawless and super organized!

We recently hired Desi Beatz services and DJ Kabir was simply awesome! This was for a birthday party and he made is memorable for us. Kabir is easy to work with and helped us with every step resulting in a fantastic high energy party. His equipment is state of the art, the DJ booth setup was really cool, lighting was brilliant and he worked with us for the music and complied a fun bollywood list mixed with english numbers. Oh and he has this cool looking Jeep that he uses for mobile DJ events. We will call him again for sure.

I cannot speak highly enough about DJ Kabir and his team at Desi Beatz. We hired Desi Beatz for our Mehndi and Wedding this past weekend and both events were flawless- music, lights, everything. DJ Kabir is a very kind, patient, and professional DJ whose vibes are exactly what a bride needs on their big day(s). His team is absolutely wonderful too. DJ Kabir was very responsive in the whole planning process, shared great ideas for music and other special portions of our events, and truly made our events so memorable. We had a fusion Pakistani/American wedding and he was able to perfectly combine music from both cultures and read the crowd for the type of music they wanted to hear all night long. We can't wait to work with him again- I just need to drum up another reason to have a bash :)

Kabir and his team are fantastic! He is super easy to work with and has great suggestions with the timeline. The baraat was a blast and our formal pictures on the mandap went as smooth as could be with him coordinating the photo groups. He listens to guest requests and encouraged us to add garba to our reception as our guests were requesting it which we had not planned for but it all worked out so well. Our guests said this was one of the best receptions they have been too since the music choice was really good and he kept the party going all night long. Well that is what happens when Matt is your DJ and the dance party starts in the evening and goes way past midnight because no one wants to miss a beat ?? Thanks Matt for keeping the party rolling and making our special couple celebrating their silver jubilee, dance to your carefully selected peppy numbers. You went above and beyond and turned the DJ service to karaoke without skipping a beat. We reached out to Matt (Desi Beatz Entertainment) after seeing him perform at a couple of family parties. Matt was responsive to our initial request for quote. He walked us through the process and provided a fair cost for his services. He came out promptly to perform a site survey. On the day of the event Matt was on time and had all his setup ready to go before the guests arrived. Lights, Sound, Music and the Photo Booth were all a hit! Initially, I was worried about hiring a DJ, because some of the ones I've experienced at other friends' Indian weddings were a bit cheesy. However, Kabir DJ'ed at my wedding reception on 6/2/24 and he was great! We had also used his services at my brother's wedding reception in 2022. Whatever I say is not enough for how accomadating and proffessional Kabir is. From the first call, he was super friendly, responsive and willing to help make the event the way we want it. I think we had a pretty complex evening with need for live streaming, some pre recorded speeches and need for projector, but he made it seem all natural and simple. He was in touch with me and my brother regarding multitude of itenary changes during the evening and really just went with the flow. As for the music and lights, amazing. BEST DJ EVER for my Pakistani - Italian fusion wedding!! DJ Kabir is so friendly, cool and easy to work with. He made mixes for us from bollywood and western songs (not easy) for our dances and seamlessly played and blended a variety of songs at our wedding. There was not a dull moment on the dance floor. Our MC and Dhol player were also incredible and my guests are still raving about them and the awesome digital photobooth we had. My friends getting married next year even took his card at the end of the night for their wedding.
