When working with our customers, we clearly communicate with them in order to provide the best customer service possible. Our constant energy helps each other to keep our enthusiasm. We always look for what is best for our customers. I saved my parents about $200 on their insurance, and they hired a guy to help find them the cheapest quotes. Rated 5.0 I have to brag on Allstate. They made my life so much easier. My car would not start on Saturday evening. I knew it was the starter. All I did was phone Roadside service, which was on Sunday, they came within an hour and a half, picked up my car and delivered to my mechanic. And the tow service that came to my home,very friendly. For a single person and having to deal with car problems, what a comfort. And when they delivered my car, they sent me a picture that it had gotten there safely. Thank you Allstate for such an easy,friendly and comforting experience. I love my Allstate!!
