His practice is dedicated to U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law only. He is an active member of the Santa Clara chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the South Asian Bar Association (SABA); the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA); and the American Bar Association (ABA). Mr. Ahluwalia is a graduate of McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. He has been practicing law since 2000. Mr. Ahluwalia started his legal career as a junior attorney in India, and later worked with a multinational immigration law firm in San Francisco, California. Mr. Ahluwalia is an immigrant to the U.S. Since emigrating, he has focused on immigration law, working in an immigration and nationality law firm. He has advised many foreign nationals, businesses, executives, and professionals on a variety of business and family immigration related matters. He is a tireless advocate for his clients.
