Ms. Radhakrishnan is a registered Patent Attorney in the US and is a member of the State Bar of California. She received her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Delhi in India. She also holds a graduate degree from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) and a graduate degree from the University of Warwick in England specializing in Law in Development with an emphasis on offshore development and outsourcing. Ms. Radhakrishnan has extensive experience working as a patent litigator and patent prosecutor at leading specialist Intellectual Property law firms in the Bay area.
