Mr. Sherring is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in both state and federal courts. His practice is concentrated in the litigation commercial, business, real estate, banking and insurance related disputes. His client base includes small business owners, mid level business owners, financial institutions, insurance companies and professionals. Mr. Sherring's international practice includes representing principals of multi-national corporations relative to transactions and disputes in United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Cayman Islands, Dubai and India. Prior to forming Dakoyannis & Sherring, LLC, Mr. Sherring was a Trial Attorney for the Boston firm, Mintz Levin, Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Assistant District Attorney for the Northwestern District of Massachusetts and Hearing Officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Insurance. He also served a one year appointment as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
