Ratings & Reviews for Andhra Restaurants
Pros: - Arrival: Delivered early for a group of 112. - Packaging & Temperature: Well-packed in foil trays w/plastic wrap and sturdy metal pans; food remained hot at serving time. - Taste: I ordered chicken tikka masala, jeera rice, naan, aloo gobi, balti dal, and roti. The first three (which most of our group requested) were especially well-received - very flavorful, well-balanced, and mildly spiced as requested. The other items were enjoyed too. - Overall the experience was positive and we plan to order again in the future! Cons: - The chicken tikka masala had too much sauce compared to the amount of chicken. - Utensils had to be purchased separately, which is uncommon for our weekly catering orders. At $21/person (without delivery fee, tax, and tip), the extra charge felt excessive, so we used our own. **Follow-up: The manager called to discuss and kindly offered serving utensils free of charge, and waived future utensil fees - this was much appreciated. Still, I'd recommend waiving this fee for all catering orders, given the per-person cost and industry norms.
