Came here on a recommendation from a friend and I'm glad we did. The appetizers are really good.. Tried both the chicken and mutton varieties... They were very fresh and well made to our requirements. Their Entrees were very nice too.. Could have had a little less garlic on the garlic naan! Their biryani is not something you should have here.. Not a dum biryani. Their Margarita and Mohito are also very nice. Nice ambience and good service too, a place one should certainly try.

I finally decided to revisit one of my favorite Indian buffets yesterday. So many restaurants did not survive Covid, or perhaps eliminated their buffet permanently. I was pleased to see that Mughlai had not done either. Mughlai was always been a little bit upscale… It is not a $9.95 buffet (probably aren’t any of those left), but that’s what I like about it. You get what you pay for. Their selection was as good as ever, including an additional table with pani puri offerings. One thing I particularly like about their food is that the chicken dishes include real hearty chunks of premium chicken… Not the stringy bits you often see on Indian buffets. I was pleased to see one of my favorite dishes, malai kofta, offered, although the consistency was different from what I’m used to. The dumplings were more like mashed potato balls—not unpleasant, but not my favorite. As with any good buffet, there were plenty of good options. My favorite on this visit may have been the nicely spiced chicken chunks… not sure what they were called, but they were right behind the tandoori chicken. While I usually order fresh roti at Indian restaurants, the naan (garlic and plain) was sufficiently thin and chewy so that I didn’t feel the need. The comfort and the atmosphere of Mughlai is still very good: It’s a pleasant place to have a meal. My only real gripe is something that would be easily remedied. The water I was served appeared to be unfiltered tap water. Perhaps not unhealthy, but taste of water is really important to me. Many low-end establishments have good working water filtration, so I really hope Mughlai improves this.

I love this place, I usually get to go orders from here. Staff is friendly and courteous. The food is on point. I have yet to eat something I didn’t like from here. Their buffet option is the absolute best way to try out what they have to offer.

The cuisine here is very good, tasteful, and very well seasoned! Miguel Labrada ( one of the cooks) makes the food irresistible not to try. Staff is friendly and helpful, also they’re very eager for you to try new things, they came around the table a couple of times to offer us to try new dishes and how to have the most optimal tasting experience! I will always come back for more!

My husband and I ate here yesterday. The service was excellent and I appreciated the recommendations we were given! We got the mixed vegetable platter for an appetizer which was great. My husband got the chicken biyrani and I got the chicken kali mirch. Both tasted great and were large portions. We will be coming back as there are a lot of things on the menu that look amazing!

Food quality and quantity is good. Food is delicious. Mango lassi was awesome. Just one small suggestion for mango lassi, keep big wide straw so easy to suck from the straw. It was really difficult. Garlic butter Nan - not that much good. I will suggest not to order. Doesn’t look like came from tandoor. No South Indian cuisine options. So if coming with family and someone like South Indian , then no option Good staff. Always checks with you on your status

The whole wait staff took such great care of us, and accommodated our wide variety of spice tolerances (nailed it for everyone). For one of us with a gluten allergy, they have a dedicated GF/allergen menu (all curries but not paneer are gluten free, plus wide variety of desserts) and wait staff are trained to talk about food allergies and preparation. We took our toddler and he loved the ambiance and food. They do a lot of takeout but if you have the opportunity to actually dine there, they will make it worth your time!

Discovered this place while trying out a new app called TooGoodToGo for those that are food waste conscious (also super cheap!!) and I got an amazing meal for just $7.99!! It came with a samosa, egg rolls , two rice dishes and a delicious and spicy meat dish! If this is what it tastes like when it’s not fresh out of the oven, I can only imagine how great it tastes then and there! Will be back to try it fresh!

I thought I didn’t like Indian food, but a co-worker dragged me here for a business dinner and ordered for me. I’m not even sure what all we had, but it was all really good. I guess I just hadn’t yet been to the right restaurant! Anyway, we had the vegetarian sampler appetizer, which also surprised me because I normally am a big meat eater, but it was great. We also got the bread basket, which was really really good. The goat vindaloo also surprised me because it’s the first time I’ve had goat that I liked. I can’t praise this place enough. Try it!

I love this place. They have the best Indian food in town. They offer buffet Tuesday to Sunday until 2 or 2:30. They are super friendly to allergies and offer a nut free menu. I cannot get enough of this place!

I love Indian food. This place has the best lunch buffet. Care and time are put into the food on this buffet. We will return for dinner because the food on the buffet was as good as dinner other places. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful answering any questions we had about sauces and foods we had not tried before. Give this place a try if you are up by the Galleria Mall.

The food was amazing and the service was even better. The staff was so kind. Seriously the best Indian Food we have ever had and plenty to take to go for the next day! This was our first time eat here but will definitely be going into our rotation of Dallas favorites!!

This place was great! Lovely ambiance- lovely spot for a date, pretty decor, lower lighting, quiet. It was also clearly family friendly; there were several families there when we ate- and it was still a nice calm atmosphere. Our waitress, Yoti, was attentive and helpful. The portions were generous and the food was fresh. We started with a kabob platter- Chicken Angare, Chicken Malai, Chicken Seekh, and Chicken Tikka Kebabs. Our entres were chicken vindaloo and a lamb korma. We got the jeera rice. We had the bread basket with naan, garlic naan, and paratha. The meats were tender, the ingredients were fresh- but, the star feature of the evening- the flavors. It was delicious, oh my goodness, so good. We had way too much food but we didn’t want to stop eating. If I had to pick anything to be critical about (and I’m reaching here) it would be about the garlic naan. My preference is for a garlic that has been sautéd which sweetens and mellows the garlic. This was still very sharp. But, the fresh breads were delicious and you could be tempted to fill up just on them.

My husband & I drove from North Fort Worth to have the lunch buffet & it’s completely worth it! The food is amazing & buffet is a great selection. We were very sad that we were the only people in there because it’s one of the best Indian buffets in town. We will definitely go back! They are on the street behind The Galleria mall so check them out!!

I had the Mutton Juicy Mandi and it was really good. The meat was soft and tasty, and the rice was full of flavor. The sauces on the side made it even better. Great food and nice service. I’ll definitely come back

I had a good experience at Hashtag India in McKinney. The mutton mandi was very tasty and cooked well. The food looked nice and the portions were big. The staff were friendly and paid good attention to us. I would like to visit again for more good Indian food.

Just had an incredible meal at this Indian restaurant! We tried the Fish Palao and Tangdi Chicken (bone-in), and both dishes were absolutely amazing—full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully spiced. The fish was tender and rich, and the tandoori chicken had that perfect smoky char you hope for. It’s a really good place with authentic taste and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it if you’re craving real Indian food done right! Service & staff is also amazing.

This review is long overdue, but the experience has truly stayed with us. We were in Dallas over Mother’s Day and happened to come across Goli Soda while exploring the area. There was a long wait at another restaurant, and as we walked by Goli Soda, we noticed a Mother’s Day setup outside. A kind woman with the warmest energy offered to take a photo of us by the sign such a small gesture, but so thoughtful that we decided to give the place a try.We had never tried Indian food before, but she patiently guided us through the menu, even chatting with us in Chinese and Thai, which genuinely surprised us and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and just the right amount of spice (exactly as she had described). The fried rice was our favorite, and we also tried a fun fizzy drink that reminded us of something straight out of Japan. Toward the end of the meal, we were brought a cute little dessert and gifted a flower, adding such a personal and heartfelt touch. What started as a spontaneous stop turned into one of the most memorable and heartwarming meals we've had in a long time. If we're ever back in Dallas, Goli Soda will definitely be on our list. We’re also curious to experience the evening vibe. Thankyou to the team for making Mother’s Day feel so special it truly meant a lot.

Our colleague recommended Goli Soda we came for lunch. The naan lunch set was tasty and the chicken lollipops were not too spicy. The staff spoke Japanese and explained the dishes and spice levels clearly which was very helpful. The place is colorful and fun. Night was too loud, but lunch time is better. We’ll come again for lunch

GoliSoda is an awesome place place for South Indian food. Amazing customer service . They didn’t cut corners anywhere.Inside seating, cleanness, Ambience , Quality, portion size and price is very good. The place has underestimated look due to a corner building but inside is spacing and amazing I ordered Pongal and filter coffee and it was very good. Only one suggestion regarding filter coffee add a Madras variant to your Menu

Loved the vibe. I was here with my family and it was super busy. Ordered Karimnagar chicken, shrimp and fish appetizers and they were great. However I felt wings quantity were less. DJ was awesome and Thoroughly enjoyed it. Krishna was helping me and he was a great host and patiently handling all the customers and busy place. He did great job taking care of us. Vani was serving us, she was patiently handling all the orders on a busy day and she did great.
