But Vidhya made the difficult process of house hunting so very smooth and easy. She was patient , very flexible with me through a year- long search for a new home in a hot market. She gave great advice as far as my offer went. She helped me view the place several times, get it pre- inspected, get the mortgage details in order and so on. We needed that because we wanted to stick to our budget and not to be pushed/rushed by an agent to finish the deal. Not only we found that she is very patient and professional but also very experienced and knowledgeable about the way real estate market works, and also surrounding townships. I would say the whole Middlesex county as she was mentioning about her clients/appointments not only in Edison but also in East Brunswick, Monroe, South Brunswick, Piscataway, Colonia etc.
