This guy is the biggest fraud you will ever meet. We had a contract almost signed and then he tells me that his architect made an error and the house is actually 400 sq ft bigger than the original plan so we ask him for a revised plan and to update the plan in the township, the guy is lying straight to us and says you will have to pay more taxes if I submit a new plan?? Like what?? If you want more money just say it. Don't promise fake things that don't really exist, like everyone is not a builder but you can't just lie and expect us to believe it. I have also spoke with other people he has constructed for before and so far I heard we did not finish landscaping even after one year of construction, the kitchen tiles were broken and were never fixed and so on. Be careful he will try to rip you off.
