All the masalas (mix of spices) and recipes have been created by our Chef (Owner) Some taught by his mother and he wants to share those flavors of home with you. We serve a lighter version of Indian food. We don’t focus on one region alone. We pick the best of India from North to South. Our highly experienced chef uses the highest quality ingredients and pays attention to the details that add deep flavors and rich aroma to his cooking.
