Arana both attended business school on Lexington Avenue in New York, but their hearts were always on Fashion Avenue. All tailoring services are final sales and may add additional time to your order. Typically, we request up to (1) additional week to perform the changes. We provide live tracking on your order and will do our best to accommodate unique shipment options. We require signatures for all deliveries. Arana New York will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation, unless a longer period of time is specified in writing at the time of purchase, Order Confirmation, or Shipment Confirmation.
