Rated 5.0 Tony, Mitch and the guys have been taking care of our computer problems since 2006. They are always available to come by for emergencies and have a quick turnaround if the pc has to go to the shop. They also provide awesome phone support for that quick "how to" question. They've even helped with my IPhone. They rock!!! We won't go anywhere else!!
Rated 5.0 I won a one hour service call gift certificate at a school auction. We had a "to do" list of several items that needed attention on our home computers and laptops. Jonathan. the service tech, was able to address and resolve all of our problems within the hour--yay! Based on the Frankenstein staff's input and my research, I purchased a new computer, as ours was going to cost more to upgrade than to replace. Jonathan came out again, set it all up and made sure it would "communicate" with the other devices in our home. In addition, he wiped our old computers and made recommendations on how to dispose of them. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to my friends and family. I look forward to using them again!
Rated 5.0 Fast and awesome customer service!!! Ryan is very good at explaining, to a not so tech savy person, what is going on and what they can and can't do. They seem very honest and straight forward and if it is something they do not do they refer you to specialist that can help you fix the issue. Very impressed!!!
Rated 5.0 I mistakenly deleted my external hard drive, which was loaded with 11 years worth of precious family memories. The folks at Frankenstein took wonderful care of me, treating my personal problem as if it were their utmost priority. They were able recover all of my files, photographs, and documents within 24 hours and charged me a very fair price for my priceless treasures (literally 100's less than I was quoted elsewhere). I will be forever indebted to these guys for their services! Rock on!
