Pamir Kabob House
I have dined in all types of restaurants on four continents and, without exaggeration, can truly say this was one of the most memorable and best-value dining experiences I have ever had.Named after one of the highest mountain ranges located in Central Asia, Pamir Kabob House stands as a testament of two entrepreneurs with high dreams. Born and raised in Kabul, Afghanistan, M.Noor and Diba Amiri, have been serving the Californian community with the finest and freshest Afghan cuisine since 2005. From their succulent kabobs to their warm, flaky sambosas, the Amiri’s deliver a palatable fusion of exotic dishes.
Rated 5.0 Pamir is awesome from the relaxing atmosphere, to the wonderful hospitality of the owners and the incredible, fresh and delicious food. Everything we have had here is delicious, fresh and tasty. My favorite is the Chopan Kabob (lamb chops). They are so flavorful and tender. The vegetables they serve are equally as good. For an appetizer, we love the aushak, wonderful flavorful dumplings with this delicious sauce. Lastly, the Afghan Baghlawa is the best you will find anyway. We always end our dinner with this and a cup of hot tea! The perfect ending to a wonderful meal at Pamir!
