Its main object is to promote Art and Culture and supports development of high quality training in Classical and Folk Dances. Nritya Sankalpa is actively run by founder-director Savitha Viswanathan, a graduate & distinguished Bharatanatyam dancer from Kalakshetra - Chennai. A skilled teacher, Savitha has over 12 years of teaching experience. Nritya Sankalpa's curriculum is based on the syllabus followed at Kalakshetra, Chennai. At Nritya Sankalpa we have regular classes for Bharatanatyam, Summer Camps for folk dances, arrange workshops, seminars and training programs. Students participate in public performances and sponsored programs.
